FAQ

A little about hand-dyed yarns:
Our yarns are dyed by hand in small batches. Slight variations between skeins should be expected. This is the beauty and unique-ness of hand-dyed yarn. No two skeins are ever identical! For larger projects, it is always best to order the yarn all at once.. this way I am aware they are for the same project and they can be dyed as closely as I am able. Due to the unique nature of hand-dyed yarns, I would recommend alternating skeins or knitting from both ends of the cake to avoid color pooling and/or abrupt color changes.

How long will my order take?
All of our yarns are dyed-to-order unless otherwise specified. Once your order is placed, the yarn will be dyed specifically for you! These orders can take up to 2 weeks to process (this does not include shipping time). If you have any questions or concerns about receiving an order by a specific time, please contact us!

How should I care for my yarn?
We recommend gently hand washing with a wool wash (such as Eucalan). Use cold water and lay flat to dry to preserve the life of your garment. (NOTE: A small amount of color bleeding may occur in your first few washes. If this continues to occur, please contact us so we can address the issue.)

Where do you source your yarn?
All of our yarns are ethically sourced from South America (Argentina, Uruguay and Peru).
Our yarns come from farms that follow mulesing-free practices.

Do you accept returns?

It must be returned in its original state (not used and in hank form) within 10 days of being received. Contact us to begin the return. (NOTE: shipping charges are non-refundable).
